The International
Association
of
Assembly Managers, Inc. is broken into nine geographical districts designed to
serve the communications needs of its members within certain areas. Each
district elects a slate of officers to conduct its activities, including a vice
president to the IAAM Board of Directors who represents the district at all
Association business meetings. Individual members are assigned to one of
the districts based on address of record within IAAM's database.
The districts engage in a variety of
activities. Among the most visible events are annual meetings to help
members network with their friends and peers within the geographical region.
Over the past few years, several districts have joined forces to host combined
meetings that consolidate resources and strengthen educational programming.
