The Committee shall review the proposed
annual budget prepared by the Executive Director and suggest appropriate
additions, revisions and deletions before the budget is formally
submitted by the President for consideration by the Board of Directors.
The Committee shall review monthly statements prepared by the Executive
Director and make appropriate recommendations to the President. The
Committee shall review all areas of financial activity of the
association in an effort to promote and maintain sound financial
management, comply with applicable regulations and monitor adherence to
IAAM Investment Policy. |
