Stadium Management Company, LLC (SMC) wishes to invite qualified contractors to submit proposals to provide event crowd control services at INVESCO Field at Mile High. The schedule for proposals is as follows:
• Pre-Proposal Optional Meetings: Friday, April 25 – Friday, May 2, 2008
• Proposals Due: Friday, May 9, 2008 - 5:00 PM
• Proposal Presentations: Monday, May 12th or Tuesday, May 13th. Times will be scheduled.
• Selection: Friday, May 16, 2008
